About Barry Cavanaugh.... Barry Cavanaugh has a been a licensed residental REALTOR since 2001 in Colorado Springs, CO and has been with ERA Shields since 2006. After getting his BA degree in business from South Dakota State University in 1986 he moved to Colorado and has been here every since. The marketing and sales positions that Barry held in the past have been very benefical in being successful in Real Estate. Barry really enjoys the time he his able to spend with this family, his wife Laurie of 25 years and his two daughters Emily who is 21 and at Colorado State University and Hannah who is 17 and a junior in High School. The two things that Barry really likes to take advantage of here in Colorado is snow skiing and golfing, the great thing about Colorado is that you can ski one day and play golf the next. A advantage of being a Realtor is that you have flexablity and Barry has taken advantage of this by volunteering with the Marian House Soup Kitchen which he has been doing for 9+ years and looks forward to the opportunity to continue with this in the years to come. What is it that keeps Barry motivated after 11 years of Real Estate? After all the buyers and sellers that he has worked with over the years,there are no two that are alike, so there are always new challenges, rewards and with each new buyer and seller comes a new friendship. |
